Abstract
โปรแกรม CMUL AirPAC ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นโดยโปรแกรมเมอร์ของสำนักหอสมุด มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่โดยใช้ Android SDK มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มช่องทางการให้บริการทรัพยากรสารสนเทศของสำนักหอสมุดมหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ ผ่านอุปกรณ์สื่อสารประเภท Smart Device ในรูปแบบของ Mobile Application ให้ผู้รับบริการสามารถสืบค้นทรัพยากรสารสนเทศจากห้องสมุดสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในประเทศไทยรวม 11 แห่ง และฐานข้อมูลออนไลน์ที่สำนักหอสมุด มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ บอกรับ รวมถึงให้บริการ ยืม นำส่ง ยืมต่อผ่านระบบตะกร้าหนังสือออนไลน์ ที่ผู้รับบริการสามารถตรวจสอบสถานะการนำส่ง ประวัติการนำส่ง และบริการช่วยการค้นคว้าทรัพยากรสารสนเทศได้ด้วยโปรแกรมเดียว นอกจากนี้ยังทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวกลางในการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลระหว่างเครือข่ายสังคมและระบบห้องสมุดอัตโนมัติเข้าด้วยกันเพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ทรัพยากรสารสนเทศใหม่ที่ห้องสมุดกลางจัดซื้อ จากการให้คะแนนความพึงพอใจของผู้ดาวน์โหลดโปรแกรมจาก Google Play พบว่า ได้คะแนนอยู่ในระดับ 4.5 จากคะแนนเต็ม 5
CMUL AirPAC is an application software developed by the programmer of Chiang Mai University Library using Android SDK in order to add new channel for accessing information resources from Chiang Mai University Library as a mobile application which users can download to their smart devices. Users can access to information resources available in 11 academic libraries in Thailand as well as online databases subscribed by Chiang Mai University Library. Furthermore, users can check-out, use of document delivery service and renew via online book basket. By using this software users can check the document delivery processes, preview the previous delivery and search information at the same time. In addition, the program is designed to relate the library automated system with social networking software in order to publicize new information resources acquired by the Main Library. By studying of the satisfaction of users who downloaded the application via Google Play, it was found that the score of satisfaction was 4.5 from the full score of 5.
